The Nigerian Army in the news for the wrong reasons again!

In an interview with the Iran press TV, Nosaiba Zakzaky daughter of Shaikh Ibrahim Zakzaky based in Dubai  said yesterday the 14th of December that she was informed that as many as 1000 people were killed yesterday by Nigeria's service men in Zaria and as other news sources report this unfortunate incident the scale of the slaughter executed by the Nigerian army is gradually becoming a public knowledge . many reports indicate that as many as 1000 Shiites Muslims may have been killed when the Nigerian army stormed the headquarters of the Islamic movement on the 12th of this month.

A number of high profile casualties were victims of the onslaught including the leader Shaikh Ibrahim Zakzaky who is been reported to have lost a son to the incident and wife injured with extent of the injuries yet unknown . The military released a statement through its twitter account that the Shiites attempting to assassinate the Chief of Army staff Major General Tukur Buratai triggered the deadly crackdown on the Muslims but this claims seems a bit dodgy due to the fact that not even one single soldier got killed or injured during the incident.

Is no longer news that the Nigerian army like that of Egypt have cultivated close links with the Zionist army of occupation in Palestine and the fact that the military has carried out attacks on Islamic movements  before in august 2014 killing many including three sons of the same Shaikh Ibrahim Zakzaky paints a clear picture that the assassination claims might just be a false pretext they employed.

Meanwhile the Muslims Rights concern (MURIC) has rejected the reasons or claims of the Nigerian military saying that the Shiite Muslims have know record of violence during its annual processions. The group spoke through its director Professor Ishaq Akintola who insisted that the traffic jam the annual procession of the Shiites caused is nothing compared to that caused by other churches like Redeemed on Lagos-Ibadan express way and does NOT in anyway warrant men of the Nigerian military to jump down from their patrol vehicles and use live bullets on defenseless citizens. he called for a proper investigation  into the matter and action taken on defaulters to prevent a repeat of the Boko haram insurgency .
